Physical power impacts our techniques significantly. The state of the mind effect the state of the body; the state of the body effects the state of the mind. Physical pain can seize the mind completely, rendering it utterly incapable of rational thought.
The capacity for the mind to react decreases in proportion to its intent to attack. The mind really can attend only to one thought at a time. The mind, unless trained out of this, locates itself in the body when action on/through the body. When one clenches their hand, so does the mind clench. The mind effectively becomes located in the hand.
Tactile sensitivity - is the power of feeling over other senses. Seek to develop multiple methodologies that communicate force but do not seize the mind allowing us to act freely.
Consider the following quote regarding the mind/brain: “Just remember this, on a evolutionary scale all humans are driven toward what they call, “Patternicity: It is our attempt to find structure in meaningless data. Evolution favors pattern seeking, because it allows the possibility of reducing mysteries to fast and efficient programs in the neural circuitry.”
