CHEMICAL COCKTAIL; SUB-PRINCIPLE: Attacked Mind

Blog Article/Post Caveat (Read First Please: Click the Link)

Our strongest and weakest link in self-defense is our mind. Our mind-set and mind-state mean the difference between something like freezing vs. acting in an appropriate way to end the threat. Depending on our confidence and mind-set we can actually hurt ourselves more by allowing our own thoughts, doubts and beliefs to attack our mind so the human, monkey and lizard become unable to find a proper procedural memory to activate our actions in self-defense.

Our mind-set toward the perception of the attack itself as it pertains to the type of violence, etc., is also a way we can self-attack our minds, we are our own worst enemies and that can be contained and trained away, mostly, so that we can access procedural memory and act be it avoiding the situation, escaping and evading an attacker or taking appropriate actions to stop the threat.

Then there is the actions and words used by your attacker, they also can attack your mind resulting in a freeze. Even when attacked by surprise, with ferocious pummeling and the destruction of your balance and structure attacks the mind where you could freeze or what some say, “Get caught in the OO bounce of the OODA loop.”
