CHEMICAL COCKTAIL; SUB-PRINCIPLE: Sparring vs. Fighting

Sparring is not fighting and fighting is not self-defense, i.e., those simulations, perceptions, assumptions, feelings are all different to each instance of training and practice. 

When you train for sparring, when you train for fighting and when you train for survival remember what Rory Miller wrote, “Personality at the level you have played, the next level may be a complete surprise.”
